Speedsport Tuning in Danbury: Any reviews, or experience?
Oddly enough I heard about them from a radio commercial (about European car service) and looked them up as they are close by and I'm looking for a trustworthy shop. After a quick google it seems they were formerly w/Farnbacher Loles (which piqued my interest)... pretty interesting.
Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them before for service and/or tuning? Nothing came up in the search.

Cant help you out with reviews or anything, but I work in Danbury and just saw a sign for them on my way back to the office. Subscribing to see if anyone else has experience with them.

See if they are affiliated with Spencer Cox. They had a great reputation as a Porsche tuner/shop in Norwalk for years before one of their guys formed a Speedsport Technique on the same property tuning mainly Audi and Subaru. That eventually became The Shop in Norwalk at a new location. Spencer was then hired/bought to help a rich kid start Farnbacher Loles in Danbury next to the airport as an exclusive porsche tuner once again. They got some minor press for a few projects but I think the business fell victim to the financial crisis. I believe this is what is left over from that business but definitely let me know what you guys find out.

Can't edit on my iPad for some reason but I checked out the website and it is indeed Spencer Cox. The guy is stand up and an actual professional, not some kid monkeying around with strangers cars. My close friend worked for him for a few years and has nothing but great things to say.

Used once
So I used them once for winter tire changeover. Spencer met me and immediately gave me a tour of the nice facility. It was obviously more porsche "focused" but I know they understood BMWs. When i was there they were finishing a supercharger install on a 2010?? M3. It was sick. Spencer and his team seemed really nice and I had an enjoyable experience. All that being said I have not needed to use them recently but I think I would if my car was not a lease still under warranty.
