Mine got off the boat Saturday. Maybe, possibly, will be delivered to my dealer by the end of the week and hoping to get it this Saturday. We'll see...

Hey guys,

Im in Australia and have a 2011 on order but its not due until the end of June as its an April build. Id love to see pics and reviews etc once you guys take delivery. Help me fill the gap until I get mine, particularly if anyone has ordered one with DCT.

Hey, when did you order it? I'm told I have to wait till end july (may build) which is consistent, but frustrating!

I ordered mine (135i) in February, for delivery at the Performance Center in SC. The website shows it as En Route to the Preparation Center. I'm hoping to take delivery on April 16th, but don't have confirmation from the PC yet. My sales rep says that they are waiting for EPA approval on the new engine before they can confirm the delivery date. I'm a little nervous because I already have plane tickets for 4/15.

I ordered mine in late January and according to my sales rep it should be another 3 or 4 weeks. So i am guessing end of April for me. Please post pics when you receive your 1er's

Mine was ordered as a 2010 at the extreme end of December while the dealer was eating old, leftover Christmas cookies & fudge. Then they got word of no more 2010's, it would be an '11.

I talked to a rep at the PC yesterday. He said they got EPA approval that afternoon for my car and confirmed that they have me down for taking delivery on April 19th. I'm getting a 128i - not sure if the EPA approval was for the 135i too or just the 128i.

Alf,

I ordered mine about the 3rd March for an April build and was told I will see the car around the end of June..... very frustrating wait but it will be worth it in the long run. Just cant wait to see photos and feedback from the guys in the USA with regards to DCT (I want to see the paddles as well) and performance as well as overall opinions...... so will no doubt see feedback from these guys middle of April and more towards the end of April.

I think our cars will be on the same vessel as it stops here before setting off to Australia.... My order was placed 3rd of March aswell and expecting pick up on the 25th of June...

hey guys quick question maybe someone can help.. Ive had it say on the owners circle site "en route" for exactly 2 weeks now. When i call the 1800 number it says your vehicle is at the port waiting for a vessel, Im pretty sure thats what it said right before the 2 weeks started. My sales advisor told me the car should arive april 10th.... soo the cars not still in Germany right?
