rear adjustable spring perch

does anyone sell them alone (not with coilover kit)? i want to lower the rear a bit with stock springs.

the ground control ones are for 2.25" inner diameter only, so too big for e82 oem springs. does any coilover kits use the same diameter rear springs as stock (60mm maybe?) so i can try to get my hands on their rear adjustable spring perch?
