car horn on lock.

Is there a way to have the horn sound when pressing the lock button twice?
Sometimes I like to double check and make sure the car is locked... but I cant always see the car? I've heard people say its a setting.. but I cant find it in Idrive.

I have a 2010 with nav, but not the comfort access

I think it's a comfort access thing. I had a 2007 328 with all the bells and whistles and it beeped. Now I have a (more or less) stripper 128 with the m-package and no beep.

Yeah, I spent a night going through my lock options and I'm pretty certain that's not one of them.

Maybe you need the alarm installed for a beep?
