e82 128i air intake housing loose

Hi All,

I just recently bought a 2012 e82 128i and noticed that the housing pipe that connects the intercooler to the air intake box is loose. I took it out to see if anything was getting in its way but didn't see anything wrong. I think the problem might just be that over time the plastic has hardened and worn down, making the clips, well, not clip.

My question is, is it worth getting a new housing, and if so where should I purchase one? If not, should I just tape/screw it into place?

Thanks.
