Yeah June is already going to be the amazing Davos to stelvio pass run...but May or July is open....
Maybe we can arrange a drive and reserve the track, otherwise here is the public days schedule. The 'Public Driving Experience' is just for amateurs! The goal is to give everyone a chance to enjoy the most beautiful track in the world at an affordable price and in complete safety. Instead of a competitive ambiance, these events foster a sense of conviviality and mutual respect among all participants, whatever their skill level. The track’s safety service and marshals will be present to ensure this policy is observed. The Dates for 2012: Monday 9th April Tuesday 1st May Wednesday 13th June Monday 16th July Wednesday 15 August Thursday 27 September Saturday 27 October * |

Before we plan a date thats close to the June event I think it would be a good idea to get a somewhat finalized price on what the hotels, various fees and any other expenses are gonna cost for the drive.

I'm hoping to be back right at the end of april, I already have the Slek lip and alpine AE on the way to my buddy Josh ( some of you have met him, he has a tasty little M3). the rogue engineering axle back, numerous M3 front suspension pieces, some springs, and some brake upgrade stuff will be ordered over the next couple months. I'm thinking about doing the HPF clutch too given how much time I have and will this coming year be on the Ring.

With all the crazies driving beaters and dads taking their families to experience track days...I wonder how much it would cost to rent the track for 2-3 hours just for us 1addicts?

My guess.... too much. I'd say about 25000 euro's for a day and I don't think you can rent for less than a day.
Interested ? If so i'll try to find out but no garanties do |

hey Rick, how many people showed up for that 1 series ring trip? If I remember correctly there were close to or over 25 cars, well if we spread the news across numerous forums in europe and we get 40 people to go it would only be about 600 a person. For a full day track rental at a place like this, that would be one for the history books. The only thing better is if we could rent out the Ring for a day!!

You're right...but I'd hate to be the one putting that bill on my credit card and some people not showing and not paying. Maybe gs/e60/1m will find out some good news.
