Pulling Service History Help?
Hey all,
I wanted to pull my car's dealer service history for sometime and wasn't really successful at local dealers (Even though I bought another BMW from there.... ugh) Does anybody have access to BMW dealer service history data that can give me a hand? I would really appreciate it! |

Strange
Yes this rejection is strange. The document you want is the Vehicle Warranty Inquiry and any service advisor should be able to print it up for you easily and quickly. I bought a used BMW many miles from home. Went to a BMW dealer where car had some service and SA printed VWI without question in 3 minutes.

This should be super easy to get... I got all the complete maintenance work history of my car before buying it. Any dealer should provide you with this data... I'd call the BMW NA customer support if they do not cooperate... It's a dumb move from your local dealer anyway considering you might be a future client... and we all know service is a bigger cash cow than selling new cars.

Try a different SA; my car was purchased privately-I think some service done at this dealer. Anyways, no problems at all getting WVI.
