Hmm no phone call

So it's almost 5 and my vehicle was "suppose" to have been fixed and picked up today.......no one from the dealership has contacted me...not liking this at all :mad: The Love Hate has started up again!

Take it step by step nawtyxes, if they don't call you call them. If they don't answer you call in an hour or so again. If all your phone calls are unsuccessful then you goto the dealership and have a talk with the service manager. If he is not available you take it up with the service personel available. If you feel he is not giving you an honest explanation then you take your complaints to the manager of the dealership and eventually to the owner of the dealership.

Most likely your going to be served at some point in the chain of command and be taken care of.

I agree, you may be getting stressed out for no reason. Then again...
Seriously, the service department deals with many cars each day. To them, yours is another job (albeit still important I would hope), but is being attended to. You never know, they might need a little more time on your car for whatever reason. Let them do what they have to and then once everything is fixed correctly, you will then be able to enjoy your car again.

Imagine if they did a quick fix because of your anxiety and anger and it wasnt done properly. How would you feel then?

You WILL get your car back very soon.
