Arrow Stealth FMIC?

I bought a cp-e FMIC combo and i want to stealth it out before i put it on. What should i use so that i dont lose any performance out of this whole process?

+1 -- I was thinking about doing the same to my Helix, but was worried about screwing with its cooling properties.

Whatever you do don't just paint it black, the paint will wear away over time, and un-evenly i might add and it'll look terrible.

Doesn't it come just metal colored like stock?

I am blacking the car out and i have the rims, grill, emblems, and the rear lights are on there way. Only thing left is to get rid of the orange on the front light and change the side lights to smoked out turn signals.

So when I install the FMIC i dont want it to be seen.

I want my car to remain a sleeper/stealth. Can I paint or anodize my intercooler so it is not easily visible?
Yes! It is not uncommon at all for an intercooler and endtanks to be anodized black to keep attention away from the car and help it maintain a sleeper appearance. A very light coat of paint on the core and endtanks is also another option, usually much cheaper and easier than anodizing, with a negligible performance loss.

Yep, buy one anodized, it's a great cosmetic as well as performance mod. If you already own one or cheap out some have said a can of spray on self-etching paint would be an okay way to do it.

Here's a pic of my black ETS FMIC:
