A turbo timer isn't a necessity. We have water-cooled turbos. the car is smart enough to keep the water cooling the turbos even when the car is off. however it is still smart to leave the car on for a minute or two to let the oil run through the turbos after some spirited driving.

But to answer your question, no they do not have a turbo timer.

Everytime I flog the car, I always drive it like a grandma 2-3 minutes prior to reaching my destination so I don't have to let it idle when I do reach my destination. Its an old habit from my previous turbocharged car without the need of a turbo timer.
