Does it have to be in Louisana? There is a place here in Houston however they are a bit pricy but very good.

I don't think they do wraps but they are growing in the car seen they might be able to point you in the right direction for a place in the area that wraps http://www.automotivelightstore.com/

As far as price I would contact him but from what I hear the price is almost as much a new paint job.
