And then there's the issue of the N51 for those of us lucky enough to get that version of the N52. I'm assuming no headers would bolt up?

I put a stahl header on my m10 e21 once. it was well worth it. the resonating sound and power was fun! stahl is in york, pa. he does corvette header, too.

OBX Headers... only place i seen it is on ebay $349.00 + Shipping... supposed to be pretty good from what i hear, good mod if you're running ECU mods too (double bonus - sort of)

They just started building this friday and i think they have 3 spots left for their group buy price. I ordered a set for my 128i, Gavin said it is going to fit all 1,3,5 series with the N52 engine. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=589500

I remember back in my 5.0 Mustang days extrude honing was being used on the aluminum intakes with success. Didnt know they were using the method on cast iron. Guess if you have a hard enough cutting material its doable.

I didn't know about these guys...Seems like a great option as the n52 has very restrictive headers...I'm getting interested.

I would stay far, far away from this Gavin dude. For some reason, certain folks at E90 Post seem to think that he walks on water, but he is nothing but talk IMO. He's been talking about these headers as well as an N52 supercharger for going on two years. So far he has nothing to show for it but promises that development is almost wrapped up and his products will be brought to market "soon." He presents himself as the foremost authority on N52 tuning but has absolutely nothing to offer to back that claim up. If you have the patience to follow his BS, good on you, but please don't give him any money yet because he will probably never get out of the R&D phase.

i found the FB.. ill follow and if ever somebody receives the parts and is successful ill grab those headers for sure!
