Hello to everyone, well I'm starting,

The idea trote me in the head for a while but it's not easy to organize something concrete, having the right answers and the right people at the right time!

After several setbacks, it was decided to organize in cooperation with Baptiste Lassagne Drift & Grip

A Big gathering of owners of BMW 1 Series / / / M Coupe Wednesday, 18 July 2012 on the club track of Magny-Cours

Several Forumules be made available to participants:

- Open-Pit lane
- Assignment morning / afternoon
- Entrance to the enclosure for participation static (for non-followers of the circuit) with participation in the parade at 14:00 for pictures and videos of group

Opportunity to take flying lessons (to be confirmed drift!)
Possible to Track Introduction by monitors steering confirmed on a BMW / / / M and other / / / M
Static presence or not BMW France (with a / / / M Moto GP, the F10 M5, M6 2012 (tbc)
Event inside the circuit (Driving Simulator, etc.).
Lunch and dinner catered barbecue or (tbc)

The Track Club

The guiding concept in the creation of the Club track in 2003 was to gather all the necessary difficulties in learning to fly. This track is also characterized by the absence of wall and guard rail along its route to avoid outings track.

Infrastructure Track Club can accommodate participants in ideal conditions. Indeed, drivers, chaperones and students benefit from a reception room, a dining room, a briefing room and locker rooms.

Track Club is open throughout the year of commercial operations and technical tests. The rental system is available on request.

Particularly the flying lessons intrigue me. In french does 'flying' have some car related meaning?

I still have to await some car availability, so I can confirm only around June.

In french a driving school is called "une école de pilotage"; the verb "piloter" may also used to describe the act of steering an airpane. So there's your link

I suppose this is the track elitt is talking about, looks very nice. For those who don't know Magny-Cours, it's in central France.

Anyhow, this is gonna be loads of fun. I'm in !

it's driving lesson but for track by a professionnal monitor from BMW Motorsport experience !!

On the Nürburgring, at the "Flugplatz", you can REALLY take a flying lesson if your fast enough ;-)

yes there are a limits of participant I think 50 cars
