DIY request: Roof handle removal - BMW 1 Series Coupe Forum / 1 Series Convertible Forum (1M / tii / 135i / 128i / Coupe / Cabrio / Hatchback) (BMW E82 E88 128i 130i 135i)

Does anyone know how to remove those roof handle thingies (see attached picture.) The one on the driver's side gets in my way when I'm wearing my helmet, it's gotta go

dowload this PDF for the sun glass DIY thread and your good to go! You just need to peel up the screw cover and use a torx to remove the screw.
