Thought this was interesting: Psychology of Color: Yellow

Cheerful yellow the color of the sun, associated with laughter, happiness and good times. A person surrounded by yellow feels optimistic because the brain actually releases more seratonin (feel good chemical in the brain) when around this color. I know everyone is drooling over this car in the pictures, well I had the pleasure of seeing this car in person a couple of days ago, and let me tell you, it looks GREAT in the photos, but seeing this car in person is something else. WITHOUT A DOUBT the best 1 series in the WORLD. It doesn't look modified, which is insane considering how much has gone into this car. It looks like you gave on of the M engineers a 1M with unlimited BMW factory resources and told him to have fun. I mean seriously, it's even better in person. It was nice to meet you Felix, I saw your car and had to track you down! See you at M-FEST! P.S. your exhaust sounded unbelievable. I'm assuming your "loud button" was pushed? I heard you all the way through 3rd gear on the freeway lol.
