Not me, mine is crimson red. I've seen that car though, from a distance. 1ers are a bit more popular in NM than elsewhere I've seen. Especially convertibles.

nice man i like what you've done with it. yeah i was there just hitting balls, I'm in the black 335i with LMRs. I was looking at coils too this week but haven't decided if i want to go street comfort or something a little more track worthy. What did you end up going with?

I wish the weather was nice today to play I've been looking forward to playing all week, now the weather sucks!

The meet 2 weekends ago was actually not bad, not the one off Edith but the one on Juan Tabo.. lots of bimmers, few audis, couple of vws.

DPs actually weren't too bad w/o a lift at least on the e92... Once you take out the steering rack bolts and get that sucker out of the way, there is lots of room to get up in there.

Nice, I didn't see your car though. I found a set of JIC Cross coils on here for $850. I had an old JB3 pinout, Dp fix, and dci that I gave him for $100 off the coils. We will see what happens when I get them on and dialed in. I didn't want to drop $2000 on new ones, so I waited until some popped up used. Did my research on them since I had not heard of JIC, and pulled the trigger.

I think the Edith meets are TSC meets and not sure about the juan tabo one but it was a one time thing i think, someone posted about it over on e90post Abq thread.

As far as the rack goes, i took the bolts completely out which allowed me to move the steering rack a good 10" forward. Won't mess up alignment at all. I'm not sure how the 1s are setup though but I would imagine it's a similar process.

Thanks for help on Saturday Brian!! I ended up having to pull the rears off again to adjust the preload on the springs. But I have it pretty dialed in now.
If anyone local needs help with suspension installs I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on the 1 series suspension now...
