Will these work for the 18" breyton's ?

Yes they will. I had a set and never used it (sold it on here), but I know they fit on your car. I bought mine the same time as I bought my old Breytons two years ago.

Great, thanks! Did you go with something else? I like the black finish, so they don't look weird/chrome like the other lock nuts.

Yes, those work for an OE lock set (which the Breytons use.) Silver is better priced @ $23.95 but the black works the same and matches the OE lugs.

I just decided against getting locks in general. I keep the car in the garage at night, and never really bring it to a high crime area, so I figured I don't need them and they're not worth the hassle. McGard makes great wheel locks, though

Typically, I agree...I live in a very safe neighborhood ... semi dense. We call it uptown here in Minneapolis...yet one day, I woke up, and saw this outside, near my car

I am unsure if he had wheel locks or not, but it still happened on one of the busier streets in the area.

Garage List
The best wheel locks can be removed in the same time as standard lugnuts, just with a slightly over sized socket hammered over it. I've stopped spending money on them.
