Has anyone seen or heard about the navigation in this ebay auction?

Of course, for me it won't work since I have the Premium Radio. Just curious for others however. (Sorry if it's a repost)

i like how OEM the faceplate and buttons are, but the OS on that unit looks horrible from the pictures
