Anyone familiar with Eurotech in Atlanta? They seem to be the only GIAC dealer here (outside of the Audi/VW dealerships) and their website does not mention anything about working on BMWs.

Thanks. But they seem to be very expensive for the tune...?

I'm already running stage one and since added FMIC and DPs (catted).
What's the cost to upgrade to stage 2 for the UK?
Thanks.

GIAC software allows you to maintain the full function of the M button. Due to the fact that you are making more power, the button actually has a more dramatic effect than in stock form.

Our dyno uses a smoothing factor of 6. For reference, most dynos are using a smoothing factor of 20.

Eurotech is a very knowledgable tuner, having been a GIAC dealer for 12 years. Talk to Brian over there and he will ensure that your car runs perfectly!

Just a confirmation, the GIAC Stage 2 software can be utilized with the factory downpipes (Assuming that the car has the other necessary supporting modifications for this stage).

I have contacted the Chilean GIAC dealer a week ago and someone called Alvaro Santibanez T. mailed me back asking the VIN of the car to give me pricing and other details and I passed that too but they did not return back, am still waiting. From their web site I saw that there are ready software for some BMW models including 135i but not for 1M. Very probable that I may be the first 1M owner here who contacted them and maybe they don't even know the 1M as a separate model due to very few number of 1Ms here so I appreciate if you guys could check the situation with your local dealer and inform them as well. Thanks in advance.

Alvaro did contact GIAC here at our office a couple days ago. He is aware that you have a 1M and was excited about getting the software installed on your car. Perhaps he forgot to get back to you, but I would try giving him a call to try to set something up directly. Keep me updated on this situation.

I don't have any with me, but I will check if some of our East Coast dealers have some!
