I took the ol' Gixxer out to Thunderbolt at NJMP. I'll post up pics/vids when I get them. Wicked good one of me passing a bike in some turns, then him flying by me on the straight and totally locking it up before the turn and going straight off the track

I actually designed the course, and laid it out with my dad since it was 3 minutes from my house, it worked out great. AND my dad and I convinced ten people to go to a bar afterward! FTD! certainly my first. Hopefully not my last!

I just got back from a week in Germany. I asked for the same 320d rental that I got last time, but all they had was a Mercedes E200. After driving a 1-series for two years it feels like you are driving a living room. It is a lot more agile than I expected, but but you can still feel the weight if you push it. There were lots of times in traffic on narrow roads where I really though that I was going to hit mirrors, and parking was a challenge. I really wish that AVIS had 1-series rentals.
