redline oil for n54?

Hi all, new to this forum and this is my first post.

Did first oil change today with my newly acquired car, i used redline oil. started reading around on the net after that people are using specific oils. will the redline stuff be ok? i used reline SAE 5W30 synthetic. i also tried to atach a photo of the bottle, not sure if it will work.

Plenty of people use Redline, but know that you now have to ignore your oil change interval on the dash. 7,500 to 10,000 miles tends to be done, but your best bet is to get started on an oil analysis regime, that will let you know the best time for YOU to change YOUR oil with how you operate the car.

Or just change it every 5k.

Arrow BMW approved motor oils...

BMW says to use only oils that they have tested. Such oils carry a "BMW Long Life 1 or LL-1" approval ratting. Also the oil needs to be API SM or higher(ie: SN, SO, ect...) and ACEA A3/B3, A3/B4.
