i´m not american or have any idea what your health reform act includes. i took the quiz answering what to what i considered was logical, right and better for people and i got:

For the record, I am non-partisan.

It seems ridiculous that by getting 10/10 I am more informed than 99.6 % of my fellow Americans. What are the rest of them doing? Why do they get to vote on who runs the country?

The rest of them get their knowledge from places like Fox News and listen to idiots like Sarah Palin. You're right, there should be an IQ test which people have to pass in order to vote.
