yea. Los Angeles had them thrown out since a court case ruled them entrapment or something along those lines.

my town could use them though. people blow through red lights like 3-5 seconds after it turns red. I almost get t-boned everyday.. sucks. 4 way stops here are even worse. we dont have a local law enforcement and rely on county sheriff who do not care at all.
