So I've had my akra evo installed for a couple months now, and I love the sound.

I've had an akra dp sitting in my closet since december, and this is my dilemma - I've been debating the install since a couple vids with the evo + dp sound fart canish. Can anyone comment on the evo vs evo + dp sound differences? Anyone with first hand experience? evo + dp = good or bad? Thanks guys.

The alekshop and akra promotional vids make it sound gooood. Sooo, which vid is the best representation?

Im in the same boat as u- except I don't have dp sitting in my closet. I was debating purchasing them, but having a hard time convincing myself I need the tune. If u install the dp, what tune u going with?
I have spoken to people with the complete akra system, including dp, and they all are in consensus: they love everything about it.

Let me make this very easy. GET TEH DOWNPIPES, I have yet to hear a video with a good representation. Quite frankly I think this is the closest of all of them.

unless you decide you needed a single turbo mode later, then you just throw away $$$.

If you want power, install the DP... the engine will keep pulling... you are not going to feel the power loss at high rpm... above 5500.

But... If you install the DP, you are going to lose all the catalysts and you are going to experience exhaust gas smell.

Man I'm on the fence about this. Did the butt dyno notice the addition of the dp's? What about the smell in the cabin? The smell is really my biggest concern since I drive my 4-yr old around town a lot.
