Alpinemss.com??

I'm curious as to know if anyone on here has ordered through alpinemss.com? I placed an order 11 days ago and it is still showing in the processing stages. I emailed them for a tracking number which in return they told me that I would have a tracking number by the 31st of July. Nothing yet. Anyone else have a good or bad experience with these guys? The product I ordered should have shipped between 3-5 business days.

I'm going through the samething man. Order early June-still nothing. I've been emailing Alex in which he is prompt to respond and is very polite. The last time I sent him an email asking about a tracking number he sent me a tracking number with a new shipping date from last week. So I'm to assume that he went ahead and sent out another set.

I just hope to get them as I want the Alpines in my car over other brands. I'd hate to cancel the order.

It's good to know that I'm not alone, but i'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for yours after soo long. Not very reassuring for me.

They immediately place it in final stages of processing so you cannot modify or cancel your order. I was hoping this was a good company, because if this works out great I planned on getting another set for my 3 series and bringing this site to my fellow local BMW enthusiasts.

I got ahold of Alex and this was all sorted out. He made up for the lack of prompt delivery and had a valid reason for not being able to reply to my emails.
