-Coded - fold up side mirrors with key, up and down windows, + more.
-Car has absolutely no problems - mechanical or cosmetic.
-Oil Changed at 7500 miles
-EXTREMELY clean condition - I would say probably better than BMW showroom condition. I have hand detailed and maintained this car since day 1 -Never seen a car wash. I always wash it personally by hand with high end products.
- Always garaged.
-One minor accident on front left corner (have photos / paperwork)- nothing near engine damaged - bumper/headlight/hood - Fixed at LTBMW
-ALL work done at LTBMW


Reason for sale: I want to save up for a house; cars are my passion, this one is my love and it is definitely heart breaking... I will be back! (I don't think ill stop lurking the forums either way)

As much as I love the car - life changes, and I am going to be paying for a home.

Modding a lease isn't a problem. All you have to do is put everything stock back on and that's it. Also the statistic is that 70% of BMW's actually sold are leases, so there are plenty of people who get a lease and mod. Then throw it back after putting it to stock.
