Yes, being sold as is. Not a ton of mods but a few nice ones.

BMW performance suspension, m3 sway bar, dinan shock mounts
BMW performance short shift kit (using stock knob and boot)
Apex Arc 8 wheels
Michelin pilot super sport tires

Engine is stock and has never seen any mods.

Bottom dollar is going to be pretty close to where it is priced now. Which seems to be the right price. I listed it locally for this price and there is a lot of interest. I may have a little flexibility for a serious buyer to get the deal done. My goal is to have it sold in the next couple weeks. PM me if your interested or would like additional pics emailed.
