Came across this interesting little infographic about the price of a litre of unleaded across the world.

Obviously the devil is in the detail but still interesting nonetheless.

So in seeing that, would we be right in concluding that unleaded actually costs no more than 12c/L?

I can tell you the UK is wrong for starters. It aint that cheap! It is $2.13 a litre

Maybe it should have been listed at £1.96 per litre? That would be about AU$3 per litre. But yeah, maybe the data is old as Aug 2012 link seems to suggest a bit higher for the UK.
