No. It comes with summer only 18" tires. It's in every piece of literature and on their website.

17" wheels with all-season tires are a no cost option for the 135i. If you live in an area that gets significant snow, you will really need dedicated winter tires, all-seasons won't hack it (from experience). My dealer stores off-season tires for free if you buy winter wheel/tires from them. I got a good deal on a winter wheel/tire package when I factory ordered my 135i last March.

Your question was whether they were standard or not. 17s and all-seasons are not standard. A 135i comes with 18s and summer rubber. I've been on this forum for five years and have never seen a 135i that came new with 17s.
