I just started a thread to try and run 17 X 8.5 ET40 concave arc 8s...it would be work to get them to fit...read the thread if you want Apex's words on what's required. |

Hello there,
Instead of posting a new thread regarding wheel setup, I thought I'd ask here. Firstly my goal is to sit as low as I can. I will be running ST coilovers and Vorschlag camber plates. I am putting an order in (sooner or later) to get some custom wheels made. So my plan is to run 18x8.5 in the front and a 18x10 in the back. I want to get the most possible lip on my back wheels, and I was wondering what sort of offset I'd want to run in order to achieve this. I am happy to roll/pull my fenders to get the right fit. Any help is welcomed, thanks! |

Maybe its better to post a new thread for questions then show your details here when you have it sorted... I thought that's the purpose of this thread, ie. "What has BEEN done".

Just picked up a set of Alufelgen CS7s in the 8/9" wide fitments and want to know if 235 wide front tires will fit? It is between the Z1 Star Specs and the RE-11s as these will be mainly AutoX wheels/tires.
18x8 ET45 18X9 ET48 Will go with either 225/40 or 235/40 fronts and 265/35 275/35 rears |

has anyone actually ordered their rims from tire rack? if so did you order the TPMS with it or reuse the factory ones? if you ordered the TPMS from tire rack was there any problems with the TPMS light coming on inside the vehicle?

The Michelin PSS tend to run wide, and are attributing to the issue. I will be slightly rolling the fenders which should resolve the issue, and allow me to go slightly lower in f and r. ![]() ![]() ![]() One for fun: ![]() |

I don't suppose by any happy chance that a stock suspension/stock fenders 135i could fit 17x8 +20 with a 215/50 Blizzak without poke? My guess is that the offset is too low.
Edit: Just saw a 1'er on 17x8+40, the offset is too low on the +20's. Damn. |
