Guys,

I'm trying to switch lease or sell a 2012 135i 6-speed manual. It's pretty much fully loaded - Convenience Package, M Sport Package, Premium Package, Technology Package, Moon Roof, Heated Front Seats, Navigation System, Harman Kardon Surround Sound, BMW Apps.

It's a lease from BMW Financial Services. Available for lease swap for $550 per months with lease end date 8/5/2014 and 692 miles per month. Lease End Buyout $29,520.
Sale Price - $38,999. Prices are negotiable.

I bought the car in August of 2011 and had it for about a year, before having to move to Canada for work.

you need to incentivize that lease price if you want anyone to assume it. you can get a brand new car for less than that

The car has about ~15k-16k miles.
Good point about the lease price on a new 135i. I looked into it - for a well-equipped BMW quotes "Monthly Lease payments of $419.00 for 36 months based on MSRP of $41,295.00." (This car's MSRP at purchase $49k, whether that matters or not now). However, there is also $3,600 due at signing. And I doubt that $419 is the final number - probably have to add some more to it until it's all said and done.
I am lowering my price though. My prices are still negotiable.

Advertised prices are always BS. Yes they have a crazy high amount of $ down but that is calculated at MSRP. No one pays MSRP for a 135.

Anyways, someone will pick it up @ the right price.
