hurricane project

i was so damn bored.. i have been reading that people having adaptive head light issues after installing LED AE's so i decided to drill my caps to keep the heat sinks and resistors outside the cap instead of where the lights actually are... no pics of it installed under hood yet i will update

1" hole, with 3/4" rubber garments and 1/2" inner garment.. i added electrical tape while the liquid plastic dried (i couldnt wait to get them install bc rain started back up)

nice! i have the same AE's and i just shoved all the stuff inside lol

this looks much cleaner...how did u secure the ballast outside the lid?

since water still gets under the hood i used heat shrink wrap for the heat sink and resistors to keep water out and used 3m double sided tape and taped the to the bottom of the caps! cant even see them unless your really looking
