1) I'm assuming these are PNP with the '09 135i, but I'd just like to be certain.

2) How much for a local pickup? I live in Kirkland so I'm more then happy to meet you somewhere that's easy for you.

perfect! yes they are pnp. i also have an 09. you should be fine. i can even install it for ya!
