no idea, I was wondering this as well since I somewhat screwed mine up.

My best guess is to use a covered exacto knife and kinda go around it. Make sure its covered with something soft as to not damage the paint or CF.

Heating with a blow dryer would probably help as well.

Remove any excess with goo-gone
