It does look higher, but that might be because we're seeing pictures of brand new cars that haven't totally settled yet. Not sure.

Yep. That's Patrick. Picking up tomorrow. My BMW performance springs arrived today at the house. I'm just waiting for my Bilsteins before I get the suspension modified. Saturday morning getting the windows tinted.

Picked up the car two days ago, tinted yesterday, picture today.

Carbon Black/Black w blue stitching
Tech, Prem, HK, PDC, Heated Seats, DCT

Next step is the suspension mods. Bilstein struts, Eibach sway bars, and BMW performance springs. Add the Forgestar CF5s and it'll be all done (for now).

Nice looking car. Almost ordered this exact combination (minus the PDC). Changed my mind at the last minute. I really like LeMans Blue though, and the blue stitching should compliment it nicely.

Already got a t-shirt covering the stitching tho (drivers seat), worried I'll get it dirty and not be able to get it clean.

I like the contrasting black mirrors! Thinking of doing that on my space grey 135i!

Yes, and there is also a badge on the dash (passenger's side).

Hopefully I'll have some Space Gray/black mirror pictures for you when my IS gets here. Still freaking waiting for a ship. I have to believe Sandy screwed with the shipping schedules to the East coast.

Pretty much the exact car I test drove except it was manual vs. the DCT. I've never been a big blue fan, but Lemans plus that interior with the blue stitching really had me thinking. Gorgeous!

Wondering why they are not color matched. Guess I like it tho.

Can someone post a pic of this, I think mine doesn't have the interior one.

Something BMW does to differentiate a "sportier" model, in their terms. They did this on the 335is, too, I believe.

I like it, but it doesn't make big picture sense to me: the IS model should be mated with the BMW performance products. It already has the PPK2 and the Exhaust. The rear diffuser and spoiler are in CF, yet they do the mirrors in black? What do you do if you want the rear diffuser and spoiler AND want it all to match?

Guess I'm going to have to go with black grilles/black mirrors, then CF in the rear .

Will take one and post it. It's about 2 inches wide by 1 tall. Aluminum plaque on the right side of the dash above the glove box and below the silver trim.

Hmm, the one I test drove had it.

Not a great shot, but you can clearly see the badge on the right of the dash in this pic of Elwood's: http://s16.beta.photobucket.com/user...tml?sort=3&o=5

Sorry but I'm new to IS, what is PPK2 exactly? I knew the exhaust was different obviously.

Are the bigger mirror covers available in carbon fiber, I've done the grills, oem trunk spoiler and already had an icarbon diffuser from my old 1.

Bummed I didn't get the interior badge, also anyone notice or am I just missing the rubber inserts that go in the small compartments in the door. I had them on my 2009.
