Any more developments on this car?

If you mean a tuner which reaches the max output without changing turbos or making a total engine swap then it should be Tuningwerk's 1M with more than 500 hp advertised. There was a thread about that car here and still the same info available in their web site. Alpha N also offers a tune similar to Manhart level of output.
