Don't you wish this car had center pipes?
Don't you wish this car had a center mounted exhaust pipe from the factory.
How cool would that look! I love the sound of the car and all but...just wish her ass a little more...you know....and a little less pedestrian |

Nope, not one bit. I like it on the driver's side, makes it easier for me to hear my exhaust burble. Also, I've heard people with Mini's burning their legs on the exhaust when getting things out of the rear hatch. Now, I know part of that can be blamed on stupidity, but I'm clumsy, I don't need help hurting myself.

Center mounted exhaust pipes look too much like an... um... how do I put this? They look like an asshole on a car. Keep them on the sides where they belong.

I do like the center pipes like the higher end cars but i guess if i wanted a higher end car i should shell out the money for one. Not that i have it laying around or anything.

I wish we had dual pipes on both sides of the car like the 1M, even a single pipe on both sides would have been nice. My daughters Mini Cooper S has center pipes and I don't really care for them. but it's a Mini thing I guess???

To answer the question...no, would remind me too much of a Boxster..not a fan. Doubles, definitely not, it's a Mini S thing. Just like LED's in the headlights..if I wanted an Audi...I would have bought one. Saw a GMC 1500 the other night with Halo's...disgusting!
