Hi everyone, just in case you checkout the forum more often than your email. I have sent through the available dates for the year.

We do have a full group, but as everyone knows organising twelve individuals to come to a meet is very hard, there would be potentially spots available. I will need to get back to BMW with your name otherwise those would probably go to others.

So, if you are keen, or just keen to join the pre and post drive PM me and I will give you more details.

Okay we have 12 people agreeing on a date

- that is abnormal. I have updated the attendees and where everyone is from in case you guys want to come together.

I can start to investigate group bookings for accommodation if anyone needs it. We have eight people coming from out of town - my thought is if family is coming - we'll stay in the city, otherwise it will be at Phillip Island at least for the first night.

My wife will probably come down to Melb, I was planning to stay in the city - the intercontinental or grand hyatt or something.

As I've used my 1 free course voucher - how much will this course be?

What do you have in mind on the 8th night ?

Sounds like many families/SOs are around, so I don't think I would be very popular if it involves more driving. I think Coffe/Breakfast sounds good on the 9th. We can always take a detour back on the 8th, and being summer we should have plenty of light.

Amex can organise that

- I am thinking dinner at a Southbank Restaurant/Crowne. The seafood restaurant there was very good when I went there a few months ago, otherwise Rockpool is always going to be a good option - especially if we can convince Amex to pay
