Oh yes I definitely miss my E46...but I also love my E90...Here's my 325ci...

I drive a 2001 BMW 530i: I was on the highway when my AC, Radio, and turning signal suddenly started to work intermittently and eventually stopped working alltogether few minutes later. I also noticed later that the passenger side mirror does not turn anymore whenever the car is in reverse. The turn signals work outside the car but not on the cluster display. The AC was blowing hot air even though the cool signal light was on. Checked the fuse and they all appear to be intact.

Please advise.

Traded my 04 Ci coupe for an 08 350Z. Yet another regrettable decision I wish never happened. That was 3 cars ago and I still miss it sometimes. I never miss that 350Z, or the 135i for that matter.

I've had the pleasure of owning an e46 and 2 e90's and really can't choose one over the other. They do different t hings very well.

The e90 is the better daily driver and so on, but I do think it lacks a little of the 'connection' to the road that the e46 afforded. If I had to choose one to drive everyday, it would be the e90. For saturday's and modifying? The e46, no question.

I have a 2011 1M Coupe that replaced my 2004 325i 5MT Sport Package. I love the 1M and would never go back but I do have regret that I was not able to keep the E46. It was an amazing car and so practical while being comfortable and exciting. The car handled great, had plenty of power and yet was comfortable and got great mileage for the level of performance. It also had the best steering feel of any car I have ever owned. The steering feel was so natural and communicative. I don't like the E90 steering feel. It seems numb in comparison. The 1M has good feel and very fast response which makes it fun but it's not as natural as the E46. The car had 4 doors, looked great. So while I wouldn't go replace the 1M with it, I do miss it greatly especially on rainy days or taking long trips with the family where it had more room and better mileage. The E46 was a great car. If I ever run into some money, I would consider picking one up for rainy days.
