I'm ordering black plates, my car is Monaco Blue so it's perfect! CAN'T WAIT!!! http://www.dmv.ca.gov/legacyplates/index.htm From the DMV FAQ: Q15: Will the DMV wait until January 1, 2015 to implement the program even if the minimum is reached before that date?
