finally got defected, no facililty provided to prove they meet ADR's (how convenient), which they do... blacklines in the meantime soon lol.

nah they're legal, sold by BMW, meet all the ADR's no worries

mine are if i could prove it, but officers like to say otherwise to increase their defect statistics... and i don't know how to prove otherwise

there's a cheap set of pre-LCI blacklines but i think they're ugly, then there's LCI LED ones which are fairly pretty.. but there's the fully black reflector valeo ones (same manufacturer) which technically need supplementary reflectors installed.

Got defected for them

Wouldn't suggest you do it because they aren't ADR legal

These stubby front ends...
I think its due to the laws that cause modern cars to raise the body above the front wheel arch i.e Mitsubishi Lancer, new Merc's, Audi, well Audi have been using a stub nose all along! It's a growing manufacturing trend.
