Update to the event.
Our event reservation at the Americana of Manhasset is confirmed. We will be gathering in front of "Toku". Coffee and muffins will be served for the attending members (on me).

Ive only seen one 1M on LI. You might not have a big turnout.

Also most M guys dont check out the "plebian" 1er section of this forum. You might have better luck posting as an LI post in the main 1M forum.

Update; 60+ M cars confirmed. We have the producer from "Driven" network, Bimmer Magazine, News12, New york Times attending. Food and drinks will be served! This just blow up out of no where.

There are 4 1M's confirmed. I think that's a great turnout considering how rare they are in NY.

Yes, this event has blown up, to say the least. I think I spend most of my free time organizing, returning emails and ironing everything out! There is so much enthusiasm when it comes to our cars, M or not and I wanted to focus this into one event.
Not a single person will be turned away thats responsible and respectful. No BS tolerated.
First and foremost this is meant to celebrate BMW M so the M cars will group together and have priority spaces, then spaces for all BMW's, then for non bimmers (Ferraris, lambo's, Pcars, amgs, gtr's confirmed).
Huge thx to BTG for organizing the Huntington ride and space and img for the amazing ESS cars attending.
Ill keep everyone posted but if everyone could confirm via email to bmwmlongisland@gmail.com with name, bimmerpost name, car model and friends attending that would be awesome.

Just got an email from one of the editors of "Bimmer Magazine." They are sending a writer and photographer to post an article about the event in their next issue. WTF! Wash your cars guys!

I am from LI. I have a 1m and I have three other friends on LI that also have 1m's. I will be at the meet and I think they are going to try to make it as well.
