Help do these rims fit !

Hello sorry for posting another stupid wheel fitment question but i really know nothing about rims and how they fit anyways a buddy of mine who prevously owned a 330 has these 19in eurortek rims with the offsets being this

-Front Rims: 19X8.5 offset 35
-Front Tires: Sunny sn3970 high performance summer 88w 225/35/19 (great performance in rain)
-Rear Rims: 19X9.5 offset 35
-Rear Tires: Sunny sn3800 high performance summer 88w 245/35/19 (great performance in rain)

i know the backs probably wont fit but if i get 12 0r 15 mm wheel spacers will they fit ? this will be going on a stock suspension 2008 135i with sport package

Here is a link of the rims he posted on E90 forums http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=733509

not gonna fit. Spacers would just make it worse. If you want 8.5 & 9.5 wide wheels, you need et45 on the front and et45 or even better et50 on the rear. E90 wheels will be too aggressive to fit.

They COULD fit with a really stretched tire (215-225 wide) but that would defeat the purpose as well as look funny with a proper fitting front wheel.
