Fitment issue with this set up?
Apex EC-7 wheels.
18×9.5″ ET22 for the rear 18×8.5″ ET35 for the front I wanted the wider tires, but I really like the concave look as well, so I'm trying to go as concaved as possible. Will I need spacers, etc for this set up or will they fit? I drive a 2008 135i 6MT. |

Rears will not fit. Not even close. I'm talking over 1.5" further out from the fenders than desired. Couldn't even fit a tire with enough stretch to make it work.
Fronts will be close with a 215ish tire. Will probably need to roll the fronts. Spacers won't help at all. The best offsets for these cars in the rear with a 9.5" wide is ~59mm. Go below that and you start to get a serious need for rolling and stretching. |

Reread my reply. An offset of 59 is ideal on these cars for fitting wide rubber in the rear. Lower offsets than that will result in more need for tire stretch and rolling fenders.
Concavity is almost directly related to offset. The lower the offset, the more concave you can get. There isn't much for really concave rear wheels. |

I have the ec 7 on mine with 9.5 rear at 58et. With 265/35/18 pss no problems. For the front in running 8.5 45 et with a 235/40/18 with no rub with stock camber I believe at stock height I can fit a 275 with no rub. With this set up I don't rub at all on autox or track days
