I am looking to buy a 2009-2010 135i with the following options:

Must have:
N54 (i know the title says 2011, my bad)
Alpine White
Black or Brown interior is preferred, but as long as it has the black headliner I can live with any leather color.
Anthracite Headliner
6 speed
M-sport package
Shadowline
Upgraded audio (logic7, HK)
Factory Warranty (under 50k miles is preferred), clean history and dealer has never seen mods on the car.

Nice to have:
Heated Seats
Navigation
Comfort Access
Stock engine (no engine management ever installed unless its a Procede)
Manual or Power seats, no preference

I've seen a few of these come and go in the past few months, but I am ready to pull the trigger now! Please PM me.
