Spoolin' and Droolin'

Haven't started my car in 4 days and she started just fine with it being 24 degrees outside. I also only had 14 miles till empty tank lol
Let her warm up for 10 minutes first before driving it and that puppy ran like a dream

Cars actually generally do better if you let all the components warm up together instead of just the engine by itself.

I also let it sit for around 5 minutes until the revs have dropped down. I drive around for 40 minutes and the oil temp hasn't moved. Inside it is blowing luke warm air after about 10-15 minutes of driving so it's not completely unpleasant. For the first 10 minutes though the blower fan makes an annoying squeal noise. Had the thermostat replaced in December, so I know that's good. -40 is just too cold! |

Just came on to say that I think I've used my heater twice this year just to take the edge off the cabin. I keed, I keed. I actually used my heater for about a week straight during a cold snap.
