So no one sells amber gones anymore but I have some really high quality tint film and I want to do it myself. But, wondering if anyone has a stencil or outline of the amber area or can recommend on how to size it up for a DIY

I did my own, I used a sheet of paper, made an outline of what I wanted. Placed it on the vinyl and cut it out. I then flipped the paper around and made the cut out for the other light.

Took about 45min-1hr, cost me $10 in vinyl.

I did pretty much the same alot of vinyl wrapping shops in south Florida I just outlined it then took it to them they cut me 2 pieces for like 10$

are these amber bits on the headlights a legal requirement in the US as our UK cars do not have it?

yes its a requirement on US cars.

Yes it's a law and it makes the headlights and side indicators look terrible. Going for UK spec headlights as soon as warranty is up. I've actually head some of the European guys LIKE the amber color? Weird

Not weird. Jus everyone wants what they can't have or what they don't get stock as apposed to other locations. We just always feel were missing something basically.

ok, i am not artistically gifted enough to trace the outline perfectly, does anyone know where to get precuts? they must have stencils for headlights and taillights somewhere...
