Need Help: BMW Niello best advisor

Hi guys. I'm about to do a routine check of my car, including oil change and few things that come out of my mind. The nearest BMW with me will be Niello BMW but I never really dealt with them since I bought my car from out of state.

Please help me out by letting me know who's the best advisor in your opinion. Why do you think that person is the best? Is there any specific person that I should avoid? I plan to schedule an appointment and don't want to just pick random advisor without knowing how they did the service and their overall quality.
