I do something similar: I spray the cleaner on the terry towel, go at it, and do a finishing wipe with a second towel.

you want to use a 2 hitech glass microfiber towels, 1 wet with product and the other dry to buff off to perfection.

Yea I'm not sure I like using them on windows because using wet microfibers in the past has just caused smearing. They don't really like to get wet that's why I use newspaper or something similar

Hey Phil,
I want to get into detailing and was originally looking at the Griots 6" orbital polisher based on the reviews on your site. In your later posts, I see that you're using the Rupes Bigfoot almost exclusively and was wondering if you would suggest one over the other for a beginner? Thanks! Will |

sure thing we use all the machines at the shop from the Griots to the Rupes as well as rotary polishers, there is quite a bit difference in price from the Griots and the Rupes.
If you can swing a Rupes I would say pick up the Rupes LHR15ES. If not the Griots is a great machine at a great price. |

Hey Phil - I'm looking to buy two of your 'HiTech Glass Microfiber' towels; can you recommend a glass cleaner spray? And what are your thoughts on the 'Lusso Glass Polish'? Thanks.

Ordered that sick Sonax wheel cleaner deal with Nano Autoscrub kit earlier today and it's getting here tomorrow!! Super quick shipping!
When I get my detailing biz started I would like to over a good one step polishing package, any suggestions? From the Adams line up? I've heard that Klasse has a good product too... |

Hi, I'm about to place a big order on DD but I'm not sure what to buy for the leatherette in my 135i. Does it require the same products as real leather?

here is a great interior kit.
the 1z einszett deep cleaner and the leather care would work great as a cleaner and conditioner for the leatherette. |

I have 2 questions: 1)What is the best way to clean the inside of a windshield( EDIT: just saw earlier posts) 2)My side windows keep getting dirty because of the foam/felt/seal is dusty so it leaves a residue soon after any car wash or in general. How do I clean these window runners? Thank you
