New pads and rotors issues

Anybody ever have trouble installing new pads and rotors with TI shims? I can't seem to get the calipers back on ....it's a too tight fit. Any suggestions?

Opening the brake fluid reservoir when you spread the pads/pistons apart as far as you can makes it a little easier.

Opening the brake fluid reservoir will not help here.

What you need to do is to push the piston as far back into its bore as possible and to help with that process you can open the bleeder screw on the caliper.
